This book covers a lot of topics regarding the loss of attention in society, such as the growing prevalence of ADHD. I think its most impactful chapters for me, as someone being educated in the field, were about the rise of misinformation.
This book was a re-read for me because I enjoy the way it is written and am a fan of Johann Hari’s work in general.
